Unless otherwise stated, all payments shall be due upon receipt of invoice. On any amounts not paid when due, customer agrees to pay interest at the rate of 1-1/2% per month (18% per year) or, if such rate is in excess of the rate allowed by law, then the highest rate allowed by law. In addition, customer agrees to pay all costs of collection, including costs of litigation and reasonable attorney's fees. Payment accepted are Credit Card and Wire Transfer. Wholesale memory Orders are ready within 3 business days after completion of payment Warranty The warranty is displayed on the product page details Customer must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number contact us A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for returning or exchanging. RMA numbers are valid for 7 days from date of issuance. Please ensure that the RMA number is visible on your return packing label. Any return or exchange without the RMA number will NOT be accepted. MemoryDepot.com Wholesale reserves the right to refuse any return due to expired RMA number, no RMA number on shipping label or incomplete items including anti-static packaging. For your protection, we recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery and tracking number. All items must be 100% complete and in "good as new" conditions. If product arrives damaged, save the product and the original packaging, notify our customer service immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick-up of damaged merchandise. Refused Shipment If a shipment is refused by the receiver, the shipping fees back to our warehouse freight will be entirely charged by the customer. Also restocking fees maybe applied. Refund There is no refund for any wholesale orders. Memory can be replaced if defective only Sales conditions This sale is subject to the terms and conditions stated herein, which are in lieu of and replace any and all terms and conditions set forth in any documents issued by customer, including, without limitation, purchase orders and specifications. In case of conflict between the terms and conditions stated here and those on the face hereof, those on the face hereof shall control.
